Client-Side Facilities Manager - Home Based
North East / North of England
£35,000 - £40,000 plus company vehicle and company benefits
Hexagon Group are working with a well-established client-side organisation to aid them with their search for a Facilities Manager, to manage a portfolio of commercial properties across the North, predominantly in the North East, however travel will be required to sites further afield in Yorkshire.
Working as the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for providing the full facilities management provision of your allocated portfolio, with responsibilities ranging from, carrying out site inspections, overseeing statutory compliance, working with the Property Managers relating to the production of service charge budgets, building strong relationships with your tenants, and dealing with any site issues as and when they occur.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a multi-site portfolio of properties, and ideally be familiar with lease agreements and service charge budgets. You will be passionate about the industry and will ideally hold a relevant qualification such as an IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM Certificate.
As this role will require travel, it is essential that you hold a valid driving license.
