Building Manager – London – £50,000 - £60,000

We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Manager to join one of the market leaders within the property management industry, where you will be managing a significant ‘trophy’ site, in the City of London. You will be working at a first-class property and will be employed by an organisation that will give you all the tools required to succeed and progress. The property sits at over 150,000sqft and is home to some of the world’s largest companies, along with a few niche retail units on the ground floor.

 You will be responsible for the overall management of the asset which will include the production and management of the service charge budget, overseeing site health & safety, creating innovative ways to engage tenants and management of all onsite service partners. In addition to this, you will be tasked with overseeing ESG across the property and implementing initiatives to enhance on-site sustainability. Also, you will be provided support from an Assistant Building Manager; whom you will be directly manage.  

You will ideally be from a property management background and have experience managing commercial or mixed-use assets of a similar size. As this role is heavily focused around customer service, you will be engaging and be comfortable liaising with tenants and senior stakeholders. Ideally, you will have a strong understanding of modern building technology, however this is not essential.

Furthermore, if you hold an IOSH or NEBOSH and a membership to an industry accredited body, this will put you at an advantage.
