Hexagon Group have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join a leading real estate business, working on one of London’s highly prestigious property portfolios. Our client is well regarded within the industry and will provide a platform for you to succeed; with this in mind they are happy to speak to Assistant Facilities Managers seeking their next step or established Facilities Managers just looking for a change in environment.
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible small property portfolio, which will consist of mainly commercial and retail properties. You will form part of an experienced FM team, some of whom have been with the company for a considerable amount of time.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, assisting with the management of service charge budgets, acting as a key point of contact for your tenant / clients and overseeing all health & safety matters of your properties.
Due to the nature of this role, this role has the potential to evolve and with that you will gain further responsibilities and have opportunities to be promoted. Furthermore, our client has a proven track record in the promotion opportunities within the FM team; and have multiple success stories to demonstrate this.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the property management sector and will have managed a multi-site portfolio. You will be passionate about the industry and will ideally hold a relevant qualification such as an IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM Certificate.
