A luxurious private residence and it’s estate are now seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their Estates Maintenance Team. This is a fantastic opportunity in a highly prestigious environment where the ideal candidate can look forward to generous perks and incentives, that are unique to the sector.
Day to day function of the role:
A client side, hands on electrical maintenance supervisory role. You’ll be responsible for electrical maintenance and testing on a privately owned estate consisting of luxurious residential and estate office and out-buildings. You’ll also supervise an in-house electrician, and 3rd party electrical contractors, overseeing their work, issuing permits and providing access to them.
Duties will include
Electrical maintenance and minor works.
Keeping electrical maintenance logbooks updated.
Overseeing electrical compliance and testing on site.
Supervision of in-house electrician and external electrical contractors.
Power and lighting management across site estate.
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
Electrical Qualification: 18Th Edition – Testing and inspection.
Good communication skills
Health and Safety Knowledge
Supervisory experience
