Up to £48,000 plus benefits

Hexagon Group are proud to partner a leading global consultancy to help them recruit a Workplace and Facilities Manager to look after 6 sites in major cities across the North East and Scotland.

You will be an experienced facilities manager with technical qualification and experience of managing hard and soft services across multiple sites. As you will be managing a range of contractors to ensure your buildings are maintained within statutory legislation and best practice. This will cover engineering contractors for your PPM and Reactive Maintenance and soft services to include cleaning and catering on the larger sites.

You will have previous experience managing projects as there are two office moves complete with refurbishment. You will be responsible for managing this alongside the Head of Workplace and Facilities Management.

If you have a keen interest in smart building and IOT, this would be a distinct advantage as they wish to upgrade their estate. Sustainability is really important to them.

Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with key stakeholders within the business. You’ll work closely with your colleagues to help ensure there is a warm welcome for all visitors and colleagues using the buildings.

If you are a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), CIBSE, IET etc. This would be a distinct advantage.

This role offers a salary of up to £48,000 for the right candidate, alongside a generous benefits package.
