Residential Property Manager – Watford
£20,000 - £25,000
We are working with a boutique-chartered surveying practice, who are looking to add a Property Manager to their growing Residential Property Management team. You will be joining an organisation that aspire to grow even further in the coming years, and already have an exciting existing portfolio.
As the Property Manager, you will be based in our clients’ head office in Watford and manage a portfolio of residential properties across London and the South. Your role will be to provide a first-class service to your clients / residents, whilst ensuring statutory requirements are met and RICS guidance are being followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dealing with all maintenance issues, liaising with the relevant contractors, and ensuring all work is carried out to an agreed standard
- Preparation of the service charge budget for each site
- Carrying out site inspections when required
- Communicating effectively and professionally with residents
You will ideally have 1 years of experience within the residential management sector, plus it is desirable that you hold your IRPM certificate, or another industry recognised qualification. However, if you don’t hold one of these qualifications, our client is still keen to speak with people who have a desire to study to achieve this status. This role may suit an Assistant Property Manager or Property Administrator who is seeking their first role as a Property Manager.
