Senior Property Manager
London
Up to £65,000 depending on experience
Hexagon Group are delighted to be working with a privately owned, niche property management organisation whose roots spans over decades of years. They are now seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their property management division, where you will be managing a luxury mixed-use portfolio.
As the Senior Property Manager, you will be based in our clients’ head office in Central London and manage a predominately residential portfolio of properties across London. Your role will be to provide a first-class service to your clients / residents, whilst ensuring statutory requirements are met and RICS guidance are being followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all statutory compliance checks for communal areas are carried out
- Production and management of each properties service charge budget
- Arranging the Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule
- Carrying out site inspections
- Communicating effectively and professionally with residents
- Supervising service partner contracts across your designated portfolio
The ideal candidate will have numerous years of residential management experience, it is desirable for the candidate to hold industry relevant qualification such as IPRM, RICS, etc. Our client is keen to speak with Property Managers who are seeking the next step up in their career or experienced Senior Property Managers who holds numerous years’ operating at this level.
