Facilities Manager
Stoke
£32,000 - £34,000 plus benefits
Facilities Manager required to join a leading facilities service provider responsible for managing cleaning and security services for a busy contract based in Stoke on Trent.
This is a site based role, working five days a week with some occassional weekend shifts when large events or projects are taking place.
You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 40 operatives across both disciplines, which are first line managed by two supervisors for each area.
Reporting into the Account Director, your main responsibility will be to ensure the clients expectations are exceeded in line with the service contract.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Staff Rosters and Payroll
- Recruitment, vetting and licences
- Stock Control
- Client Management and service reviews.
- Training and Health and Safety Management.
- Weekend Duty Cover for the client when required (on rota)
Skills Required
- Great communication skills with peers, stakeholders and customers
- Good budget management experience
- Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to write clear reports to be presented to the client
- Fantastic problem solving skills.
- Brilliant leadership skills and able to engage and inspire
This role requires someone who is exceptionally client focused with great stakeholder management skills.
Salary for this role is between £32,000 - £34,000 dependent on experience. Plus Free onsite parking, Store discounts, Employee discount, Cycle to work scheme, paid volunteering day.
