Home-based Regional Facilities Manager - Property Management
Surrey and Berkshire Portfolio
£40,000 - £45,000 plus car allowance
We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with a boutique, property management organisation, who boast one of the best track-records of promoting their own employees and offer unrivalled training. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager to cover a portfolio of properties across Surrey and Berkshire. Given the nature of this role, you will be based from home and complete monthly site inspections.
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for a mixed-use portfolio across the region, this portfolio will consist of approximately 12 – 15 sites. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, assist with the management of service charge budgets, acting as a key point of contact for your tenant / clients and oversee all health & safety matters of your properties. Our client is looking for Facilities Manager, who can communicate effectively and are able to build strong relationships with tenants.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the property management sector and will have managed a multi-site portfolio. You will be passionate about the industry and will ideally hold a relevant qualification such as an IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM Certificate.
