Our Client is a highly respected and globally recognised University that boasts a world class campus, cutting edge research and an illustrious heritage in academia.
Having grown in recent years, they are now seeking to recruit a Facilities Manager who will be focused on delivering Facilities Services across a small mixed use property portfolio. Responsible for Hard and Soft services the post holder's duties will include performance managing external contractors, championing health and safety, managing statutory compliance, and leading a small Facilities Team. In addition, you'll also get the opportunity to manage small property and workplace led projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience on managing hard and soft services, a good level of knowledge relating to H&S/Statutory Compliance, and good stakeholder management skills. As you'll be managing a small team, our client is looking for someone with compassion and some experience of managing people.
