Facilities Manager – Entry Level
Nottingham
£25,000 - £29,000 plus car allowance and company benefits
As a result of recent successes and economic growth, our client, a leader in the property management world is recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their FM team based in Nottingham. You will be supporting the management of a new client’s property portfolio across the East Midlands.
As the Facilities Manager, you will support a Senior Facilities Manager with the running of their property portfolio, which will consist of a mixed portfolio of properties. Our client offers a hybrid working program, so your time will be split from working from and in our client’s office in Nottingham City Centre.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the RFM team with their day-to-day tasks; acting as a helpdesk function
- Processing invoices in an efficient manner
- Carrying out site inspections and logging health & safety reports
- Scheduling of PPM Schedules and liaising with contractors for any reactive issues
- Acting as a point of contact for tenant queries
- Liaising with hard & soft service partners
