Property Manager

At Hexagon, we are delighted to be working with a polished estate agency firm in the heart of Manchester, due to their continual successes they are looking to bolster their team with a Residential Property Manager.
In the role you will be responsible for a healthy portfolio across the north west of Manchester, within that you will oversee day-to-day tenant and client enquiries, via phone and email, move in and move outs for all tenants, and tenancy agreements. Also, you will be dealing with site visits and inspections, contractor management and property health and safety.
The ideal candidate experience within the property industry, be highly organised and an ability to work independently, whilst cooperating with colleagues to assure that second to none customer service. You will also have great communication skills, both written and spoken, good computer skills and a full UK Drivers licence.
For this you will be rewarded with a salary of around £24,000, company pension, company events, discretionary bonus scheme, commission pay, on site parking and company events.
