Hexagon are proud to be working with an established property management firm in the south west of England. Following an amazing period of growth, they are looking to recruit a residential property manager to help enhance their team.
The role will consist of maintaining existing tenancies, dealing with external contractors for necessary tenant repairs and queries throughout your portfolio, day to day enquiries/negotiations and ensuring that all matters of compliance are satisfactory.
An ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, highly organised and efficient when managing tasks and workloads. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and should be knowledgeable and passionate about property. Lastly, a full UK Driver’s License is required for this role.
In reward for the above, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £35,000, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Healthcare, pension, and staff events.
