Head of Facilities Management – London
£55,000 - £65,000 plus executive benefits package
Hexagon Group have partnered with a forward-thinking, boutique property management organisation who are transitioning through exciting times, and now have a need for a Head of Facilities Management to drive forward their FM function across the country. Within this role, you will manage a small, mixed-use portfolio of your own, along with leading a small FM team and bringing new strategic ideas to the business.
Your role as the Head of Facilities Management, your time will be split from working from home, visiting your sites, and working from Head Office. Along with managing your own portfolio of properties, you will hold an influential role in launching ESG initiatives for the business, acting as the Health & Safety lead, procuring all service partner agreements and project managing the integration of a new helpdesk system along with any additional projects.
You will ideally be from a property management background and have experience working at a similar level. In addition to this, given the line management responsibilities of this position, you will ideally hold experience managing a team. Our client is keen to talk to Senior / Regional Facilities Managers who are seeking their first role as Head of FM; or are equally happy to speak to experienced Head of FMs.
