Senior Property Manager – Team Leader
£50,000 - £60,000

Hexagon have the privilege to be working with an established Block Property Management firm that following a fantastic period of growth, are looking to expand their team with a Senior Property Manager to help maintain their success.
The role will consist of taking on niche and profitable portfolio of your own to assure the upkeep is maintained, while overseeing and guiding a small team of property managers to ensure that legislation such as health and safety and service level agreements are compliant, day to day customer/client enquiries and negotiations are accurately handled and dealt with. All alongside hitting company KPI’s and maintaining core company values.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, hold firm experience in block property management and hold industry qualifications such as AIRPM which is desirable. Have a proven track record for service level agreements and, you will have excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail and show great management/leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of £50,000 - £60,000, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Healthcare, pension, plus more.
