Our client are a rapidly expanding Facilities Management Service Provider who service clients in the following sectors:- Healthcare, Commercial Offices, Manufacturing, Distribution and Education. They are a friendly and collaborative company who put their people at the heart of their service. They look after them and they feel valued and this is what helps not only the retention, but the service delivery as there is consistency for the clients. This makes for a better working environment. Sounds simple, but not all providers are created equal.
This is a brand new role for the business as the growth is there to support it. They are looking for a strong people leader who is great at implementing and embedding processes and taking people on the journey with them. You'll be a self starter, who is motivated to create a great culture and celebrate their people. You'll have experience of setting up new processes and procedures and will be excited at the proposition of making something your own and being able to see the results.
You'll be approachable and supportive and will help educate the management teams on good practice and how to structure great PDRS, 121's and guide them in procedures such as reporting, training and performance management.
This is a great role for an experienced HR Manager who is able to crack on and get the job done and doesn't want to be micro-managed with the ability to create something new to enhance the current offering. You'll have previous experience managing people and ideally have specialist knowledge of TUPE, but this isn't essential.
This role offers flexible working around start and finish times and is family friendly.
Salary is paying up to £50,000 for the right candidate, plus healthcare, benefits etc.
