Facilities Coordinator
Southampton
£28,000 - £32,000

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join a leading facilities & property management company who boast an impressive portfolio of corporate clients. You will be responsible for supporting with the smooth daily operation of three client sites in Southampton, including managing both hard and soft services. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager and travel between the two additional sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supporting with the daily operations across multiple client sites.
  • Managing contractors and coordinating PPM's and Reactive works
  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance and KPIs are met.
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance is up to date and updating the various systems.
  • Raising purchase orders via the internal system in place.
  • Regular site inspections, reporting, and actioning any required recommendations.

  • Requirements:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

  • Desirable Qualifications:


  • Experience working with facilities management systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • IOSH certification is a plus.
