Our Client is a highly innovative building consultancy, with an impressive roster of clients that include prestigious family/private office investors, developers and building occupiers. Their growing project management and cost consultancy team provide a full suite of project/cost services for client's, helping them to deliver commercial property development and refurbishment projects. Due to a huge influx of work, and ambitious plans for 2024, they are now seeking a Senior/Associate level Cost Consultant for a newly created Associate Director role within their Cost Consultancy Team.
Duties will include providing pre and post contract cost management services on a wide range of commercial property development and refurbishment/capex projects along with supporting the team with the development of new business opportunities.
In addition to a competitive salary of up to £85,000, Car Allowance, Bonus and Various Flexible Benefits, the role also comes with the realistic opportunity to progress to Partner.
