Our client are a thriving, modern and highly dynamic Residential Property Management organisation with an impressive portfolio of properties under management across London and the South East including prime and super prime properties. They offer a full suite of management services ranging from asset management to luxury concierge, with a focus on providing a world class experience, both to tenants and landlords.
Due to organic growth they are seeking a Property Manager to join their growing team and oversee the management of a portfolio high quality residential blocks in Central London. The successful post holder will have responsibility for various tasks, including site inspections, staff management, contract negotiations, budget creation, handling service charges and rents, and overseeing maintenance. You'll also interact with residents, assist in project management, ensure legal compliance, and manage pre-contract inquiries. The work hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, in a combination of home, office and site working.
The ideal applicant will have excellent people and communication skills, an eye for detail, and at least 3 years of residential property management experience.
A permanent role, it comes a salary of £45,000, plus various flexible benefits.
