Estate Manager
Central London
£45,000 - £50,000
Hexagon Group have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Manager to join a lively, mixed-use estate where no day is the same. The estate consists of several prominent office buildings, high-end retail / food & beverage, and areas of public realm. Our client are hugely respected property management company, who continue to grow year on year and have some of the UK's prime assets under their management.
As the Estate Manager, you will form part of a large estates team and be responsible for the day to day operations of the public realm areas of the mixed-use estate; whilst ensuring the highest standards are constantly met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly liaise with the occupiers and attending to their needs
- Overseeing statutory compliance for the estate and ensure health & safety protocols are being followed.
- Jointly producing and managing the estates service charge budgets.
- Working with internal events to engage with tenants and attract a higher footfall from the public.
- Management of the FM service partners across the estate, closely working with the cleaning, security, and fabric teams.
- Embracing the ESG initiatives and creating innovative ways to improve this across the estate.
Ideally, you will have previous experience working on a mixed-use estate as a Facilities / Estate Manager, however our client is happy to speak with Facilities Managers who have managed mixed-use portfolios, or Building Managers that have managed mixed-use assets and are keen for a slightly different role. Furthermore, you will hold strong knowledge of health & safety procedures which will be backed up with an IOSH / NEBOSH certificate, be comfortable liaising with clients who have high expectations, and have previously set and managed service charge budgets.
