Senior Facilities Manager
City of London / West End
£55,000 - £60,000
Hexagon Group are delighted to be supporting a bespoke property consultancy who are growing at an impressive pace and have some exciting times ahead of them. They are now in the market for a Senior Facilities Manager to manage a small portfolio of mixed-use properties across the City of London and the West End; with your main base being in the City.
Throughout the week, your time will be spent visiting each property within your portfolio, with the larger properties requiring further attention across the course of the week.
Key responsibilities:
- Close liaison with all tenants / clients within your portfolio and ensuring customer service levels are of a high level.
- Responsible for the production, management of each buildings service charge budget
- Taking a keen interest in energy & sustainability, driving key initiatives within the managed portfolio, and identifying new ways to enhance this further.
- Management of both hard and soft service contracts, monitoring performance and ensuring all agreed works are completed.
- Working with internal & external project teams in relation to any tenant fit outs, or project works within your buildings.
- Oversight of all health & safety and compliance within the managed portfolio
It is essential that you come from a managing agent background and have numerous years working as a Facilities Manager, ideally managing a mixed-use portfolio of properties. You will have extensive knowledge of hard services and HVAC systems; however, you do not need to hold an engineering qualification. In addition, you will be knowledgeable of health & safety and statutory compliance which will be backed up with an IOSH and/or a NEBOSH certificate.
We are looking for enthusiastic, personable individuals who have numerous years served within the FM industry and have the ability to work alone.
