Facilities Manager
West End
£45,000 - £47,000
Hexagon Group have partnered with an established property management company who are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to cover a mixed-use portfolio of properties across Central London. This portfolio is an esteemed, portfolio of luxury properties in West End / West London that will mainly consist of retail, and residential properties.
You will be based out of our clients’ offices and carry out site inspections when needed; there may also be the opportunity for hybrid working.
Key Duties:
- Overseeing day to day management of your portfolio, attending monthly / quarterly site visits
- Assisting with the production and management of each sites service charge budgets
- Acting as a key point of contact for your tenant / clients
- Overseeing all health & safety matters of your properties.
- Management of both hard & soft service partners
- Carrying out Section 20 notices where necessary
As our client grows, this role has the potential to evolve and with that you will gain further responsibilities and have opportunities to be promoted. Furthermore, our client has a proven track record in the promotion opportunities within the FM team; and have multiple success stories to demonstrate this.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the property management sector and will have managed a multi-site portfolio as well as being familiar with the production of service charge budgets. You will be passionate about the industry and will ideally hold a relevant qualification such as an IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM Certificate.
