Facilities Coordinator
Aberdeen
£24,000 - £26,000
Hexagon Group are delighted to partner with an aspiring facilities management organisation who are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join one of their corporate clients, based in one of their offices that they occupy in Aberdeen. This is a newly created role, as they are looking to add further support to their existing facilities management team.
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with corporate occupiers, ensure the site is clean and presentable, and ensuring health & safety protocols are being followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for any tenant queries
- Raising and issuing PO’s
- Completing health & safety reports using their internal system
- Supervising on-site service partners
- Ensure the PPM schedule requirements are undertaken
- Supporting the wider facilities management team with administrative duties.
You will have several years’ experience working within the facilities management field, ideally this will be working within a corporate environment. In addition, if you hold an industry recognised certificate such as an IOSH, this may put you at an advantage.
