Sean is a seasoned recruiter within the built environment, having started his recruitment career in construction specialising in commercial management before moving into the Facilities Management sector in the mid 2000’s.

Having managed large multi-disciplinary teams, he has an impressive knowledge of the Real Estate sector and has worked extensively with Developers, Property Investors, Consultancies and Facilities Management providers in the UK and abroad. Sean is passionate about innovation in the workplace and is the co-host of the Podcast “The Make Workplace Great Again Podcast”

Outside of work Sean is a keen outdoorsperson, going on regular trekking, paddleboarding and cycling tours in the UK, Europe and most recently, South America.

Luke heads up the property & real estate sector for Hexagon Group and has built an extensive network and an excellent reputation in the industry over the years. Luke joined Hexagon Group as a Sector Lead Consultant, and after period of success within this division; he was then promoted to Director in 2024. In addition to successfully supporting many of the worlds leading property consultancies, developers, and managing agents on retained and contingency recruitment projects, Luke has worked with some of the most exciting boutique companies in the space. Luke has a great deal of pride and passion in finding the perfect fit between candidates and clients and has a successful track record recruiting across the commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors at all levels.

Out of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his young daughter, and watching his beloved football club, Manchester United where he holds a season ticket and reminiscing about their glory days.
