Estate Facilities Manager – Mixed-Use Development
South London
£45,000 - £52,000
We are working with an established residential management company who have a need for an Estate Facilities Manager to join a large mixed-use development in South London. This is a unique opportunity to work on a vibrant, up and coming development, where each day offers something different.
As the Estate Facilities Manager, you will be allocated a cluster of properties to manage across the estate which will consist of mainly retail and residential properties along with some commercial units. As the estate develops further, this role will gain added responsibilities and opportunities to be promoted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of your allocated portfolio, liaising with tenants / residents daily
- Overseeing statutory compliance for the estate / properties
- Production and management of the service charge budgets
- Working with the project / engineering management teams in the handover of new build properties and fit-out projects
You will ideally be from a property management background and have experience in managing either residential, commercial, and retail assets. It is essential that you have previous experience in setting service charge budgets and be up to date with building legislation.
