An extremely luxurious private residence owned by a high £net worth family are now seeking a water treatment engineer/estates plumber to join their Estates Maintenance Team. This is a fantastic opportunity in an ultra prestigious environment where the ideal candidate can look forward to generous perks and incentives, that are unique to the sector.
Day to day function of the role:
As the Estates Water Engineer and Plumber, you’ll be responsible for providing 1st fix plumbing repairs as well as monitoring legionella, and carrying out water treatment duties on the estate.
Duties will include
Manage a flushing schedule on the Estate
Chlorination/Dosing
Logging and recording of water temperatures
Water Sampling
1st fix plumbing repairs on Commercial and Residential properties
Call out and Co-ordination of Contractors for larger/complex repairs.
Helping other members of the team as and when required
The ideal candidate will have:
Water Treatment experience with an understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG274
Knowledge of commercial and domestic plumbing & heating systems.
Happy to provide general 1st fix plumbing duties
