Regional Facilities Manager – Central London – £50,000 - £55,000
We are recruiting on behalf of a niche, privately owned, property management organisation who are in the market for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a mixed-use portfolio of properties across London and the South East. Our client operates a hybrid working model, your time will be spent working in our clients’ offices a few days a week, travelling across your sites and working from home.
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible carrying out the management of your allocated portfolio of properties, which will include a mixture of commercial office space, retail parks and light industrial units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out site inspections; some of these will be monthly, quarterly or every 6 months
- Production and management of each properties service charge budget
- Oversight of all site health & safety, and ensuring statutory compliance is completed
- Liaising with tenants and clients, whilst creating new ways to create a ‘community’ feel within the properties
- Launching ESG initiatives
You will ideally be from a property management background and have strong experience managing multi-tenanted properties, or mixed-use assets. You will have a strong understanding of statutory compliance, service charge preparation and be able to engage well with tenants. As this role is regional, it is essential that you can drive.
