Senior Facilities Manager
Nottingham
£50,000 - £53,000 plus a substantial car allowance and outstanding bonus structure
Hexagon Group have the pleasure of working with a growing, national property management organisation who are transitioning through exciting times and now have a requirement for a Senior Facilities Manager to join their FM team. This is a senior position within the business, as you will be heading up the North of England and Scotland, which will include cities such as Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, and Glasgow; you will be directly managing 2 Regional FMs across these regions; who will have FM teams reporting into them. Our client offers a hybrid working model; you will manage your own time, however you will be in our clients offices in Nottingham a few days a week and travel will be required across the regional offices every other month.
This is a strategic role, and you will be working closely with your colleagues on various projects which will include procuring of new service partners, implementation of new systems to streamline the FM functions, and liaison with various utilities companies. Furthermore, you may also be involved in developing new business for the company; working closely with the teams involved.
Also, you will be heavily involved in discussions around improving ESG across the company’s managed portfolio, dealing with any issues that escalate from clients or tenants within your region and taking a keen interest in the training & development of your team.
You will ideally be from a property management background and have experience working at a similar level. Within your experience, you will ideally hold project management experience and given the line management responsibilities of this position, it is essential that you will have led a team before.
