Senior Facilities Manager
£65,000 - £70,000
Hexagon Group have partnered with a forward-thinking, esteemed, property management organisation who are transitioning through exciting times, and due to continued growth have a need for a Senior Facilities Manager to cover Central London. Within this role, you will manage a small, mixed-use portfolio of your own, along with leading and developing a team of Facilities Managers.
Your role as the Senior Facilities Manager, your time will be spent managing a small property portfolio of your own, overseeing the FM team that reports into you and involved in strategic conversations to enhance the FM operations for the business.
Along with managing your own portfolio of properties, you will hold an influential role in launching ESG initiatives for the business, overseeing site health & safety protocols, dealing with any issues that escalate from clients or tenants in your team’s portfolio and acting as a lead for the training & development of Facilities Managers within the business.
You will be from a property management background and have experience managing commercial / mixed-use property portfolios. In addition to this, given the line management responsibilities of this position, you will ideally hold experience managing a team.
