Swansea
Up to £55k plus car allowance
Education
Hexagon Group are working with a large facilities service provider with contracts across multi sectors, to help them find a Contract Manager for a large education contract based in Swansea, South Wales.
The contract is to provide M&E services to the client, delivering air conditioning, heating, ventilation, electrical, fabric and project works to maintain and improve this educational portfolio.
This is a multi site contract, where you will manage the profit and loss on the contract, alongside staff management and continuous improvement.
This role is working within a fast paced business who look for innovation and are tech led, therefore, you must be confident working with technology such as computer aided facilities management systems and writing reports for presentation to the client and contract reviews.
This role offers a salary of up to £55,000 plus car allowance and a performance based bonus.
