Facilities Manager – 12 Month FTC
Basildon, Essex
£40,000 - £45,000
We are delighted to partner with a global, real estate organisation who have an urgent need for a Facilities Manager to join initially on a 12 month fixed term contract, working on a prestigious client’s property portfolio.
You will be based in your client’s office in Basildon and hold responsibility for a mixed-use portfolio of properties that will include commercial offices, retail parks and industrial units.
Key Duties:
- Assisting with the production and management of service charge budgets
- Carrying out monthly site inspections for your portfolio
- Acting as a key point of contact for your tenant / clients
- Overseeing all health & safety matters of your properties.
- Launching ESG and customer engagement initiatives
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the property management sector and will have managed a multi-site portfolio. You will be passionate about the industry and will ideally hold a relevant qualification such as an IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM Certificate.
There is the possibility that this role turns permanent and with that this role can evolve and opportunities to be promoted will be presented. Furthermore, our client has a proven track record in the promotion opportunities within the FM team; and have multiple success stories to demonstrate this.
