Hexagon are proud to be working with a polished and professional block property management firm who, after a fantastic period of business growth, are looking to hire an experienced Property Manager to help bolster their team and maintain the recent successes.
As the property manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of 25 high-end residential buildings in the City of London. Day to day tasks will see you become a point of contact to liaise with residents, clients, and shareholders, attending board meetings to ensure success of the buildings. You will also be responsibility for site compliance, drafting service charge budgets and legal documents such as section 20 notices. Also, you will be responsible for contractors and on-site staff.
The ideal candidate will hold strong, previous block management experience, preferably in a high end environment. Hold high customer service standards and communication both written and spoken, be confident in leading and management of a team. Have previous dealing with large service charge budget, hold strong health and safety knowledge, and hold industry relevant qualifications such as IRPM.
For this you will be rewarded with salary of up to £40,000 DOE, 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday, pension, plus more.
