Senior Property Manger
East Sussex
£30,000 - £33,500 plus car allowance
At Hexagon, we have the privilege of working with one of the UK’s most well-regarded, boutique surveying practices that are now looking to bolster their team with a Senior Property Manager.
The role will consist of looking after a mixture of large and small blocks containing approximately 400 units, some purpose built and some property conversions. With the portfolio you will assure company legislation and compliance including health & safety, service charge budgets and section 20 major works are satisfactory. You will also be the point of contact for any customer, client, and shareholder enquiries alongside hitting company KPI’s, site visits to ensure supervision of site staff and client meetings are attended when necessary to make sure smooth running of your portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have previous block property management experience, have a passion for property, it is desirable for the candidate to hold industry relevant qualification such as IPRM. You’ll have good working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft office and preferably Qube, with confident communication skills both written and spoken. You will have a drive to want to learn, grow and develop your career and responsibilities, and finally be well organised and have a full UK Driving Licence.
For this, you will be rewarded with a salary of, up to £33,500, Car Allowance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Healthcare, pension, plus more.
