Assistant Property Manager

We are delighted to be working with a sleek, established property management firm in the south east of England. Following impressive period of growth, they are now looking to enhance their team, skills, and knowledge with a Property Management Assistant.
Within the role, you will support in house Property managers and be responsible for a healthy portfolio where, you will oversee site inspections, works orders and contractor management. You will also assure customer, client, and supplier requests are dealt with in a timely manner, guarantee statutory compliance and customer service is second to none.
The ideal candidate will have, desirable but not essential, previous experience, within a property management background, be comfortable working within an exciting and busy environment and show strong willingness to learn and grow with company provided training. They will also have a passion for customer service and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £27,000, company laptop and phone, pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, career development, work from home flexibility and finally you will be working in a professional, supportive, friendly team within well-equipped offices.
