Residential Block Manager
Fulham
£30,000 - £35,000
At Hexagon, we are delighted to be working with a polished residential block management company, who are looking for a Property Manager to help enhance their property management team.
The role will consist of maintaining a property portfolio in West London. You will be responsible for multiple residential sites, with hundreds of units, a small handful of which being mixed use. Within the portfolio, requirements include management of contractors, section 20 works, and inspections. You will also prepare service charge budgets, health and safety inspection and ensure each site is compliant. All while ensuring leaseholders and tenant receive best in class service.
An ideal candidate will hold previous experience and knowledge within the property management sector and is looking to take their next step on the industry ladder. Have a great understanding of lease agreements and budgets, management of contractors for any forecast work. Strong health and safety knowledge and will be an amazing all round team player.
For this you will be rewarded with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, private health care, 25 days annual leave, travel allowance, annual discretionary bonus, flexible working, pensions scheme, personal development support.
