Senior Property Manager - (Residential Block Management)

Our client is a well established and practiced, property firm that have the requirement for a Senior Property Manager to help expand their skills and experience following fantastic growth throughout their business.
In the available role you will maintain and assist a small team with the running with their portfolios, all the while running your own small portfolio with the administrative assistance of an assistant property manager. Within your portfolio you will look after the communal areas and their upkeep, preparing annual budgets, liaising with residents, contractors, leaseholders and making sure all buildings are complaint and satisfactory.
The ideal candidate will have great knowledge and previous experience within block management and a passion for property. It is desirable, but not necessary, that you hold industry relevant qualifications such as IRPM or working towards it (where you will be supported throughout your career to complete) Have outstanding customer service and people management skills, no matter how big or small of a team previously managed, with a fine eye for attention to detail. Finally, will have a full UK Driving Licence with access to a car for business use.
A successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary around £45,000, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Healthcare, pension, support for industry relevant qualifications, plus more.
