Description

Our Client are one of the World’s leading property and construction consultancies, known for their inclusive culture, depth of expertise across all areas of construction and engineering, and focus on delivering sustainable solutions for their clients.

The Role

Due to sustained growth they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to deliver small to medium size office refresh projects, refurbishments, and asset replacement projects within UK Government offices in Whitehall, London.

Role accountabilities will include.:
  • Leading project delivery across various projects with various stakeholders 
  • Administering building/projects contracts.
  • Reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting. 
  • Initiating and developing project documentation, programmes, master budget etc.  
  • Designing and producing reports to suit relevant stages of the projects  
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience delivering FM type projects/ Small Refurbishments or Lifecycle/Asset replacement projects, experience selecting contractors as part of a tender process, strong reporting skills, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
