The Role
Due to sustained growth they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to deliver small to medium size office refresh projects, refurbishments, and asset replacement projects within UK Government offices in Whitehall, London.
Role accountabilities will include.:- Leading project delivery across various projects with various stakeholders
- Administering building/projects contracts.
- Reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting.
- Initiating and developing project documentation, programmes, master budget etc.
- Designing and producing reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
Qualifications & Experience:The ideal candidate should have experience delivering FM type projects/ Small Refurbishments or Lifecycle/Asset replacement projects, experience selecting contractors as part of a tender process, strong reporting skills, and excellent stakeholder management skills.This is an fantastic opportunity to work on a stable and long lasting Government contacts for a leading employer that are regularly mentioned as one of of the best companies to work for in the UK. It comes with a salary of up to £55,000 plus an extensive package.
