Regional Residential Facilities Manager
London – UK Portfolio
£45,000 - £50,000
At Hexagon, we are happy to be working with a leader in the Facilities Management sector who are seeing a continual period of growth.
Due to this growth and to assure a further increase throughout the company, they are looking to expand their team with the recruitment of a Residential Facilities Manager to maintain a portfolio of residential buildings.
The role will include overseeing hard and soft services, fire risk assessments, health and safety to assure building compliance is to a high level. Assuring Contractor, client and resident relationship management is satisfactory and consistently managed to company standards. Also, you will manage the service charges, refresher projects, inspections, and mobilisations of any new sites.
An ideal candidate will have previous, proven experience managing residential buildings. Knowledge of health and safety, financials with either Service Charges or Profit and Loss. Will take pride in their customer and client service and show great attention to detail, time management, organisation skills and be an all-round team player. Industry relevant qualifications, such as IRPM or RICS are preferred but not necessary.
In reward for completing the above you will be rewarded with a salary of £45,000 - £50,000, 25 Days annual leave, company pension, health care plus more.
