Our client, a professional services organisation are now seeking an experienced FM Operations Manager to manage facilities services across two of their beautiful corporate office spaces. Reporting into the head of Property and Facilities Management and working with key senior stakeholders you will be responsible for ensuring outsourced service providers provide a best in class service, and building users enjoy a world class experience in a safe environment. Services Managed will include Hard and Soft services, Environmental and Waste Management. In addition you'll also champion and monitor health and safety on each site.
To be successful in this role you'll need to have the following skills and experience:
The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder experience, and the necessary eye for detail and quality required to deliver Facilities Services in a high end Corporate HQ environment. Experience managing hard and soft services, specialist FM contractors, budgets and health and safety will also be advantageous for this role
Salary and benefits:
The role comes with a Salary up to £50,000, plus an excellent package that includes pension, healthcare and a long list of flexible benefits.
