Estate Manager – East London - £60,000 - £65,000

Hexagon Group are delighted to be partnered with a global real estate organisation to aid them with their search for an Estate Manager for a vibrant, mixed-use development in East London.

Our client is a well-established, property management business who boast an impressive portfolio of assets across the UK and beyond. You will be based at an iconic estate that is under their management, which houses some of the world’s leading companies.

As the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the estate which will include the management of 2 Assistant Estate Managers, oversight of the estates service charge budgets, overseeing site health & safety, creating innovative ways to engage tenants and management of all onsite service partners.

You will ideally hold experience in managing a large commercial assets or mixed-use developments. As this role is heavily focused around customer service, you will be engaging and be comfortable liaising with tenants and senior stakeholders. In addition, if you hold an IOSH or NEBOSH and a membership to an industry accredited body, this will put you at an advantage.
