Building Manager – Manchester – £32,000 - £36,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Manager to join a well-respected real estate organisation, where you will be managing a grade A, premium asset in the financial district of Manchester City Centre. This impressive property is home to some of the worlds leadings brands and sits at over 100,000sqft.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the asset which will include the production and management of the service charge budget, overseeing site health & safety, creating innovative ways to engage tenants and management of all onsite service partners.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Building Manager who is seeking their next step in their career, equally if you are an experienced Building Manager, then we want to hear from you!
As this role is heavily focused around customer service, you will be engaging and be comfortable liaising with tenants and senior stakeholders. In addition, if you hold an IOSH or NEBOSH and a membership to an industry accredited body, this will put you at an advantage.
