Facilities Manager – Central London – £45,000 - £50,000
Hexagon Group is proud to partner with a leading real estate organisation, to aid them with their search for a Facilities Manager for a commercial property that sits at over 250,000sqft and is home to an array of tenants.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the asset; whilst working closely with the General Manager in the strategic planning of the property; deputising for them in their absence. As the Facilities Manager, you will work with the General Manager with the production and management of the service charge budget, you will oversee site health & safety, creating innovative ways to engage tenants and management of all onsite service partners.
You will ideally be from a property management background and have experience managing commercial or mixed-use assets for several years. As this role is heavily focused around customer service, you will be engaging and be comfortable liaising with tenants and senior stakeholders. In addition, if you hold an IOSH or NEBOSH and a membership to an industry accredited body, this will put you at an advantage.
