£60,000 - £70,000We are recruiting on behalf of a niche real estate asset management company for a Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial office assets across London and the UK. This exciting client-side opportunity offers exposure to investment, asset management, and direct engagement with high-profile investors.
You'll play a vital role in providing exceptional property management services, driving tenant satisfaction, and collaborating with in-house teams to achieve strategic asset objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactive management of a portfolio of prime office properties.
- Preparing detailed client reports and contributing to strategic asset plans.
- Leading tenant relationships, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring lease compliance.
- Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and expenditure.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation across the portfolio.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance asset value.
- Driving innovation through PropTech initiatives for improved management services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Essential that you are a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor.
- Proven experience in commercial property management.
- Strong knowledge of service charge budgets and client relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
