A globally recognised name in Real Estate Property Management is seeking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to manage the technical operations of a high-end commercial building in Bristol.
As the Technical Services Manager, you will work closely with the building management team with the day-to-day management of the property with your focus being on managing M&E technical services through the effective management of specialist contractors, ensuring that tenants and clients receive exceptional levels of customer service. In addition to the maintenance of the property, you'll also manage various projects relating to major refurbishment works, lifecycle and energy/sustainability works, ensuring each project is efficiently handed over to the facilities team post completion.
The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical and electrical background, and broad Technical FM operations experience. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.
A permanent opportunity, it comes with a Salary up to £62,000 plus various benefits.
