I'm currently working with an impressive Real Estate Investor, with a £Billion plus portfolio of Property Assets under management. Having expanded significantly in recent years they are now seeking to bolster the team with the recruitment of a Building Surveyor who will help develop and deliver a wide range of property projects including refurbishment and maintenance projects across their portfolio.

Duties will include managing feasibility, due diligence and project execution working side by side with the Asset Management and Property Management teams.

The ideal candidate will likely come from a Building Surveying background, and might be currently working for a Managing Agent, Building Surveying Practice/Professional Services Consultancy or in a similar Client Side role. You should have extensive experience delivering instructions within commercial property,along with experience delivering both large and small works.
