Hexagon Group are delighted to have partnered with a leading real estate consultancy who have one of the best names in the industry, and a brilliant staff retention rate. They are now recruiting for an Estate Manager to manage a commercial business park in Weybridge which has numerous, multi-tenanted properties situated on the estate which you will manage and areas of public realm.
As the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the estate and will be supported by a Facilities Administrator.
Further responsibilities will include:
- Production and management of multiple service charge budgets
- Overseeing site health & safety, and using the on-site H&S systems
- Procurement of new FM service partners when required; whilst monitoring the performance of existing contractors
- Create an engaging, 'community' feel across the estate and occasionally launching pop up events; using marketing tools to attract tenants to these events
- Launching energy & sustainability initiatives, and updating the relevant systems
- Build a strong rapport with your client, and tenants.
- Direct line management of the Facilities Administrator
You will ideally hold experience in managing a large commercial asset or mixed-use developments. As this role is heavily focused around customer service, you will be personable and be comfortable liaising with tenants. Furthermore, you will have previously managed service charge budgets and if you hold an IOSH or NEBOSH and a membership to an industry accredited body, this will put you at an advantage.
