£55,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance

Hexagon Group are delighted to be working with a leading Facilities Management (FM) & Workplace Management Company that are dedicated to delivering exceptional services to their clients. Their passion for excellence and innovation has made them a trusted partner for a diverse range of clients across various industries. They now have an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic Account Manager to manage a prestigious contract for a well known client of theirs.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a large contract, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact, managing all aspects of the contract, from operational performance to financial management. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing a strong client relationship, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. Furthermore, as the Account Manager, you will provide strong leadership and mentorship for the team of FMs on the contract.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience in an Account Manager or similar role within the FM or Workplace Management sector.
  • Strong understanding of TFM services and contract management.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a track record of maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in facilities management, business management, or a related field are desirable.
