Receptionist
Eastleigh
£23,000 - £26,000
Hexagon Group are working with a leading facilities management provider to assist them with their search for a Receptionist to be based at a first class, corporate office based in Southampton. You will be working Monday to Friday and the hours are 10am - 6pm which on occasions may be 8am - 4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all visitors are welcomed in a professional manner and their visits logged
- Responsible for the reception area always looking clean and presentable.
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant individuals
- Working closely with the Office Manager, assisting with any Ad-hoc duties when required
- Signing for deliveries on behalf of tenants and logging them using the internal system
- Liaising with the on-site cleaning and hospitality teams when required
You will have previous experience working as a receptionist within a corporate environment, and have a friendly, outgoing personality. In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally a background in customer service.
