Commercial Building Surveyor

Our client is a highly regarded, independent firm of property professionals, who are known just as well for their industry knowledge as they are for being one of the warmest, most welcoming property advisory organisations in the UK. Having grown significantly in recent years they are now seeking Commercial Building Surveyor to join their Building Consultancy business, responsible for carrying out a wide range of survey work in predominantly commercial buildings. This will include Condition & Measured Surveys, Contract Administration, Project Management, Dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance reports and party wall matters (not an exhaustive list!). A hybrid role, you'll divide your time between working from home, visiting the office 2 days a week, or visiting clients.

The ideal candidate can be pre or post APC, with experience of working on commercial property assignments, and should be situated in London or the home counties. Naturally you will have a passion for buildings, and should be a team player.
