Hexagon Group are working with a highly respected real estate company who are recruiting a Customer Experience Host to be based in a newly developed mixed-use property in Watford. You will provide a first class service to the tenants occupied within the building and any guests that arrive as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting all tenants and visitors, ensuring they are welcomed in a professional manner and their visits logged.
- Responsible for the reception area always looking clean and presentable.
- Working in conjunction with the building management team with the launch of a tenant engagement app.
- Communicate any building updates to your tenants via the necessary means.
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant individuals
- Signing for deliveries on behalf of tenants and logging them using the internal system
- Liaising with the on-site cleaning and security teams when required
You will have previous experience working as a receptionist within a corporate environment, and have a friendly, outgoing personality. In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally a background in customer service.
